Nick Rosser, Managing Director

As the original founder of Salmon LLC, now Solveda, Nick Rosser is responsible for Solveda's overall business strategy and plays a key role in all delivery efforts. Nick has grown the company from a one man show to a staff capable of delivering the most complex business applications. He is also involved in the global strategy and has been instrumental in starting and growing the eCommerce practice in Gurgaon, India.

Prior to founding Solveda, Nick's background is within application development having held consulting and lead positions for Salomon Brothers, Racal Vodafone, Phillips & Drew (now part of UBS) and ACS Education. Nick lives on Long Island with his wife and three children.

Deepak Agarwal, Managing Director, Solveda India

Deepak joined Solveda in 2000 to head-up Solveda's adoption of Java and other emerging technologies. Deepak has been instrumental as a lead technician for our largest projects. He brings excellence to the technical architecture role and is responsible for reviewing and implementing development methodologies for the entire company.

Deepak currently heads up the Solveda Asia company located in India, and is responsible for our key projects and the growth of our eCommerce practice throughout Asia. Deepak lives in Gurgaon with his wife and two daughters.
